How it is contracted
Designed to fit within a minor services contract
The Public Sector Contracts Act sets three conditions for a minor services contract. The proposal is finalised to meet them.
Under €15,000
A services contract is minor if its estimated value is below €15,000, excluding VAT.
LCSP art. 118.1(opens the BOE in a new tab)art. 101.1.a(opens the BOE in a new tab)
One year at most
It cannot last more than a year or be extended.
No splitting
A contract cannot be divided to lower its amount and avoid the procedure that applies to it.
How we fit the proposal
- Maintenance is included in the amount and lasts until one year from signature. Renewing it is a new contract, and the town council decides.
- If the commission does not fit, we tell you: we propose a smaller scope that fits, or it goes to another procedure.
- A single project is never divided into several minor contracts.
- The file and the report justifying the need for the contract (art. 118.2) are handled by your contracting authority.

Frequently asked questions
Can it be awarded as a minor contract?
Yes, if the estimated value is below €15,000 excluding VAT and the contract lasts one year at most, with no extension (LCSP arts. 118.1 and 29.8). The proposal is finalised to meet this, with maintenance included in the amount and within the year.
Does the assistant make up its answers?
It answers with excerpts from your documents and cites which one each answer comes from, so anyone can check it.
Does the website comply with RD 1112/2018?
It is built to the EN 301 549 standard (WCAG 2.1 level AA), with the “Accessibility” page, its statement and the feedback form. It does not include an external audit or certification.
Who processes residents' data?
We do, as a data processor under the GDPR and only to provide the service. If there are calls, the recording is announced at the start and recordings are deleted after 30 days.
How much does it cost?
We give you the price in private: it comes out of the free assessment and is fixed and in writing in the proposal.
Tell us which procedure you want to simplify
Start with the free assessment: a 30–45 minute meeting and, afterwards, a written summary with the proposal.
