From call-out to report, with nothing lost along the way

For installers, maintenance companies and operators of wind farms, solar plants and electrical installations in les Terres de l'Ebre and Catalonia. We answer your call-outs by phone or WhatsApp, turn each one into a work order and give your technicians an assistant that answers from your manuals and says where the answer comes from.

In a maintenance company, money slips away between calls: the call-out that comes in while everyone is up on a roof, the technician who rings the office to find a procedure, and the job sheet someone types up again at night.

  • The call nobody picks up

If the phone rings while the team is on site, the customer calls someone else. An unanswered fault is a visit you never bill.

  • The technician waiting for an answer

A diagram, a step in a procedure, a regulation: if the answer sits in a PDF back at the office, the installation waits and the visit runs long.

  • The job sheet written twice

Notes on a phone, loose photos and a report someone writes up afterwards: hours nobody pays for and a customer still waiting for the report.

The journey

One call-out, end to end

Five stops, each with what we automate or help you decide and how it shows in the business. You can start with just one.

Example with made-up data

  1. 01 · AI agent

The call-out gets answered, whenever it comes

An agent answers the phone or WhatsApp, understands the customer in Catalan, Spanish or a mix, takes down the fault and books the visit against the team's real availability.

    • Never invents a free slot.
    • If it does not understand, or the customer asks, it hands over to a person or takes a note and tells you.
    • It announces the recording; each call is recorded and transcribed for 30 days.

  2. 02 · Automation

    The work order writes itself

The call-out becomes an order with the installation, the fault and the visit, and the team knows at once. The customer gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before.

    • On the calendar you already use.
    • The team is told when a visit comes in or is cancelled.
    • Each flow documented on one page.

  3. 03 · AI for companies

The technician asks, the manual answers

From a phone, the technician asks the way they would ask a colleague. The assistant answers from your manuals, procedures and regulations and says which document it comes from.

    • Cites the source of every answer.
    • Says "I can't find it" instead of making something up.
    • Each person sees the documents meant for them.

  4. 04 · AI for companies

The report comes from the notes, and you approve it

An agent drafts the report from the visit notes. A person reviews and approves it before it goes to the customer.

    • Nothing leaves the company without approval.
    • In your own report format.
    • A defined process, not a free-roaming agent.

AI for business · internal assistant

Your manuals, in every technician's pocket

Manufacturer manuals, internal procedures, regulations and old job sheets: the assistant searches what you already have and answers citing the document. If it is not there, it says so.

  • Answers citing the document each answer comes from.
  • Respects who can see what, by group or department.
  • Before it goes live it is measured against real questions with their right answers, agreed with you, and measured again every month.
  • First 3 to 5 people on your team use it; then the whole company.
  • Servers in the EU. The AI providers do not train on your data.

Laboratorio · computer vision

What if the camera looked too?

The Laboratorio has an object detector that runs in the browser with a phone camera: it recognises eighty generic kinds of object, such as people or vehicles, and tracks them from frame to frame.

It is a demo, not an inspection system: it is not trained to spot dirt on a panel, a crack in a blade or a hot spot.

If your inspections include something a camera could help look at, we study it in the diagnosis and tell you frankly whether it makes sense.

How we start

One piece at a time, tested before it goes live

  1. 1

    Free diagnosis

Together we look at where your time goes: call-outs, orders, reports or documentation. Then you get a written summary of what makes sense, or the answer that you need nothing.

  2. 2

    A plan in phases

We pick the case worth the most and agree how it will be measured. Each phase ends with a demo.

  3. 3

    You test it first

You listen to three recorded test calls and approve the agent's tone. A few people on your team use the assistant first.

Your data, with the terms in writing

Your data and configuration
They belong to your company. We act as data processor.
Servers in the EU
The AI providers are data processors by contract and do not train on your data.
Calls with notice
The agent announces the recording at the start. Recording and transcript are kept for 30 days.
Nothing without approval
No agent acts on money, contracts or customer data without a person approving it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for a small installer?

Yes. You can start with call-outs alone, through the phone or WhatsApp agent, or with an automation for orders and customer notices. The documentation assistant and the panel make more sense once there is a team and a lot of documentation.

What happens with an urgent fault?

Whatever the agent cannot solve, or the customer asks for, goes to a person or is noted down with an alert to whoever you choose. We decide together what counts as urgent and who gets each alert.

What if the assistant gets a procedure wrong?

It answers only from your documents and cites where each answer comes from, so the technician can check it. If it cannot find it, it says so. Before it goes live it is measured against real questions with their right answers, and measured again every month.

Does it work with our management software?

If it has an API, we connect to it, and to the calendar you already use. Software with no API and no export cannot be integrated, and we tell you so in the diagnosis.

Do you have a model that detects defects in panels or blades?

No. The Laboratorio detector recognises generic objects and is a demo. If your inspections could use computer vision, we study it in the diagnosis.

See the detector
How much does it cost?

It depends on where you start. The price comes in the proposal, after the free diagnosis, and we discuss it in private.

What each service includes

Where does your time go?

Tell us how your call-outs come in and how your technicians work. A 30 to 45 minute meeting and then a summary of what makes sense for your company, or the answer that you need nothing.
