Silent video: a container terminal seen from the air, a warehouse aisle crossed by a forklift, and a forklift carrying a load.

Don’t let the phone stop the loading dock

For transport, warehousing, distribution and port businesses. An assistant that answers the calls and WhatsApp messages about pickups and "where is my order?", delivery notices that go out on their own, incidents that reach whoever can fix them, and one panel for all your warehouses or routes.

What this page covers: calls and WhatsApp in Catalan and Spanish, pickup booking, delivery notices, incidents sent to the team, handover to a person, a panel per warehouse and route, answers with the source cited and approval before anything is sent.: Calls and WhatsApp, Catalan and Spanish, Pickups and docks booked, Delivery notices, Incidents to the team, A person when needed, Panel per warehouse and route, Answers with the source cited, Nothing goes out without your approval

Every "where is my order?" answered by someone from the warehouse, and every delivery note typed in twice, is time that moves no goods.

Where the money goes

What it costs, and never shows on an invoice

Five leaks that keep coming back in transport and warehousing, and what we do about each one.

  1. 01

    The warehouse phone

Customers and carriers call to book a pickup or to ask where a shipment is. Whoever answers stops loading, and the call nobody picks up is a customer left without an answer.

    AI agent

An assistant answers the phone and WhatsApp

  2. 02

    Deliveries that find nobody in

If the customer doesn’t know the truck is coming, they aren’t there. Every second attempt is another trip, another driver and another gap in the route.

    Automation

Confirmation and reminder that go out on their own

  3. 03

    Incidents that get lost

A damaged pallet or a wrong address reaches the wrong person on WhatsApp, and nobody picks it up until the customer calls again.

    Automation

An alert to the person in charge, with the shipment details

  4. 04

    Repeated paperwork

Emails to sort, replies to write, forms and reports copied by hand from one place to another, with the mistakes that brings.

    AI for companies

Agents that prepare it and you approve

  5. 05

    One spreadsheet per warehouse

Each warehouse, depot or route keeps its numbers its own way, and seeing the whole picture takes an afternoon of copy and paste.

    Custom system

One panel of your own for all of them

One shipment, from pickup to paperwork

Five moments in a shipment where time goes today, and what AI does at each one. Keep scrolling and the truck moves on.

  1. 01 · Pickup · AI agent

Book a pickup or a dock without picking up the phone

A customer calls or writes for you to come and collect. The assistant understands them in Catalan or Spanish, checks your real pickup or dock calendar and leaves the booking done. It never makes up a slot.

    • Phone or WhatsApp, with its own number or a forward from yours
    • Books, changes and cancels against your real availability
    • Recording notice at the start of every call

    WhatsApp

    1. Customer: Bon dia, voldria una recollida de dos palets dijous al matí.
    2. Assistant: Dijous tinc lliure de 9 a 11 al moll 2. Us la reservo?
    3. Customer: Sí, perfecte. Gràcies!

  2. 02 · Before delivery · Automation

The customer knows the truck is coming

When a delivery goes into the calendar, the confirmation goes out to the customer on its own and, 24 h before, a reminder. If they cancel or change it, your team knows straight away.

    • Connected to your current calendar: Google, Outlook or whichever you use
    • An alert to the team on every cancellation or change
    • Every flow documented on one page

    Message to the customer

Hello, your delivery is due tomorrow morning. If nobody will be there to receive it, let us know at this number.

  3. 03 · On the road · AI agent

"Where is my order?" without stopping anyone

The question asked most often. If your management software has an API, the assistant looks up the status and says it; if not, it takes a note with the order number and tells whoever runs the route.

    • Answers in the caller’s language
    • The status comes from your system, never made up
    • Hands over to a person if it doesn’t understand or is asked to

  4. 04 · Incident · Automation

Every incident, to whoever can fix it

A damaged pallet, a wrong address or a delay: whether it comes in on WhatsApp or through a form, the incident reaches the person in charge with the shipment details, and it is logged.

    • An alert to the person in charge, with shipment number and type
    • Every incident logged, no loose sheets
    • No changes to your management software

  5. 05 · Paperwork · AI for companies

    The paperwork, prepared; you approve

Agents that sort incident emails, draft the reply, fill in forms or prepare the report. Nothing leaves the company or changes data until a person approves it.

    • Human approval before anything is sent or changed
    • API integration with your ERP, CRM or helpdesk
    • For companies of 20 to 250 people

    Draft reply to an incident

We are sorry about the damaged pallet in shipment 4127. We will collect it on the next route and confirm the replacement.

From the Laboratorio

Counting what crosses the dock, as an example

The Laboratorio has an object detector that runs in the browser with your camera: it follows each object from frame to frame, counts the ones that cross a line, draws a heat map and can blur people before showing anything. Here you see it drawn over a loading dock.

The Laboratorio’s model is trained on COCO: it recognises people, cars and trucks, but not pallets. Counting pallets or vehicles with your cameras, or anonymising their images, is not a fixed service in the catalogue: if you are interested, we look into it with you in the diagnosis.

Several warehouses or routes

All your warehouses on one screen

For companies with more than one warehouse, depot or route: a panel of your own with the pickups, occupancy and incidents of each one, by period. It connects through APIs to what you already use and is delivered in phases, with a demo at the end of each one.

  • Web panel with reports by warehouse, route and period
  • The phone and WhatsApp assistant at each warehouse
  • Integrations with your current software through APIs
  • In phases, with a demo at the end of each one

Procedures and contracts

Ask your procedures and it tells you where it says so

For companies of 20 to 250 people with procedures, contracts and manuals nobody finds in time: an internal assistant that answers citing the document, respects who can see what and says "I can’t find it" rather than make something up.

  • Every answer cites its source
  • Permissions by group or department
  • Measured with real questions agreed with you, before going live and every month
  • Server in the EU; the AI providers don’t train on your data

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our management software, ERP or TMS?

If it has an API, yes: the assistant can look up a shipment’s status and the panel can read its data. If it has neither an API nor an export, we don’t integrate it, and we tell you so in the diagnosis.

Does it understand customers and carriers in Catalan?

Yes. It understands Catalan, Spanish and a mix of both, and answers in the language of whoever calls or writes.

What happens if the assistant can’t answer?

It hands the call over to a person, or takes a note and tells whoever it concerns. It never makes up a shipment status or a pickup slot.

Can you count pallets or vehicles with our cameras?

It is not a fixed service in the catalogue. The Laboratorio has a detection demo that follows objects, counts the ones that cross a line and blurs people; if you’d like something like that for your docks, we look into it with you in the diagnosis.

Where does our data stay?

You own your data and the configuration, and Togent acts as data processor. The internal assistant runs on a server in the EU and the AI providers don’t train on your data. Calls are announced at the start and kept for 30 days.

Where do we start?

With a free diagnosis: we look together at where your time goes and then propose to you, in writing, one or two pieces to start with. The price goes in that proposal.
