The back office of your business, without copy and paste
Admin, customer service, scheduling and documents: the work nobody sees that eats up the hours. We connect the tools you already use so the repetitive part runs on its own, and whatever needs judgement reaches a person.

Time is not lost on the big tasks. It is lost in the gaps between tools: copying from email to the calendar, calling to confirm, hunting for the right file.
Four gaps
Where the time goes, and how to close the gap
Each gap is closed with something we already do, without changing the software you use.
01 · Automation
From the inbox to the calendar
- What it costs
- A request comes in through the form or by email, and someone copies it into the calendar, confirms with the customer and lets the team know. On the day they do not get to it, the request waits.
- What we do
- The request becomes an appointment in your calendar (Google, Outlook or whichever you use), and the confirmation, the reminder 24 h before and the team alert go out. Each flow is documented on one page.
- How it shows
- Nobody copies data from one screen to another, and fewer appointments end with nobody showing up.
02 · AI agent
From the phone to whoever should answer
- What it costs
- The usual questions (opening hours, appointments, how to get there) interrupt whoever is working, and the calls nobody picks up are lost.
- What we do
- An agent answers the phone or WhatsApp in Catalan and Spanish and handles appointments against your real availability, never inventing a slot. If it does not understand, or the customer asks, it hands over to a person or takes a note and lets you know.
- How it shows
- The team handles the conversations that need a person, and the rest get an answer too.
03 · AI for companies
From the shared folder to the answer
- What it costs
- The answer is in some document in the shared folder, but nobody remembers which, so in the end someone asks the person who knows.
- What we do
- An assistant over your documents answers citing the source, respects who can see what and, when it cannot find the answer, says so instead of making one up.
- How it shows
- Internal questions get settled with the document in front of you, without interrupting anyone.
04 · Custom system
From scattered software to one panel
- What it costs
- The data is spread across email, the calendar and the management software, and the monthly report is put together by hand.
- What we do
- A custom web panel brings together the data from your tools through their APIs, with reports by period. It is delivered in phases, with a demo at the end of each one.
- How it shows
- You see how the business is doing on one screen, without building the spreadsheet.
An example morning
Everything that comes in, in its place
The repetitive part runs on its own. Whatever needs judgement reaches a person. And nothing the assistant prepares leaves the company until someone approves it.
Runs on its own
Automatic flows and the agent, against your real availability.
- Form
Appointment request → in the calendar and confirmed
- Calendar
Reminder for tomorrow's appointments, sent
- Phone
«A quina hora obriu?» → answered in Catalan
Goes to a person
When the agent does not understand, or the customer asks.
- Phone
Asks to speak to someone → goes to the team
- WhatsApp
A message the agent does not understand → note and alert
Waits for your approval
Drafts and reports that someone reviews before they go out.

How it shows
Less copied work, fewer missed calls
We do not put numbers on it before we know your case. This is what changes day to day.
- 01
Less copied work
What used to go from one program to another by hand now moves on its own, and every flow is written down.
- 02
Calls answered
Every call and every WhatsApp gets an answer, and the hard ones reach a person.
- 03
The data together
The panel brings together what is spread across several programs today.
Requests per day
Calls and WhatsApp
- Answered by the agent
- Handed to a person
Questions with no answer in the documents
- Who approves travel expenses?
- Which template do we use for quotes?
Waiting for approval
- Reply to an incident
- Weekly report
How we start
With the gap that costs you most
- 01
Free assessment
A meeting to see where the work comes in and where it gets stuck. Then a written summary of what makes sense, or the answer that nothing is needed.
- 02
One gap first
An automation, the agent or the panel: there is no need to sign up for everything, and each service works on its own.
- 03
You try it first
Three recorded test calls before the agent goes live, every flow documented, and the system in phases with a demo at the end of each one.
- 04
And it stays tuned
30 days of adjustments after delivery and, after that, maintenance so it keeps working when something changes.
Questions about operations
Do we have to change software?
No. The automation connects to the calendar and email you already use, and the custom system integrates with your tools through their APIs. Software with no API and no export cannot be connected.
What happens when the agent cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to a person, or takes a note and lets you know. It does the same if the customer asks to speak to someone.
Will the whole team see every document?
No. The assistant respects who can see what, by group or department, cites the source of every answer and, when it cannot find something, says so.
Who owns the data?
You do, and the configuration too. Calls announce the recording at the start, and recordings are kept for 30 days.
Do we have to sign up for everything?
No. They are separate services. In the free assessment we see which gap makes sense to close first.
What each service includesHow is this different from AI for companies?
AI for companies is for teams of 20 to 250 people with a lot of documentation and processes across departments, and it starts with a workshop. This page is for the day to day of smaller businesses, starting with a single gap.
