- What happens today
- A change of date or a board notice goes out member by member, and someone always misses it. Then everyone calls the office to ask the same thing.
- What gets automated
- The notice goes to everyone at once, by WhatsApp or email, with a reminder the day before. The usual questions, like opening hours or delivery slots, are answered by an agent.
- How it shows
- The office stops repeating the same thing all morning, and members arrive knowing when and where.

- What happens today
- Orders come in by WhatsApp, by phone and by email, and end up in a notebook or in the memory of whoever took them. One written down wrong is a delivery that goes wrong.
- What gets automated
- Every order is recorded in one place, the customer gets a confirmation and the warehouse a notice. If they call when nobody can pick up, the agent takes the order in Catalan or Spanish.
- How it shows
- Fewer lost or mistaken orders, and nobody leaving the picking to answer the phone.

- Technical data sheets, the field notebook, the PDO specification, the rules of a grant: the answer is in some PDF, and finding it takes a morning or a call to whoever remembers.

- An assistant that answers about your own documents and cites where it got it from. If it cannot find it, it says so instead of making it up.
- How it shows
- Answers you can check on the spot, in Catalan or Spanish, without depending on a single person.

The cooperative's phone, answered in the middle of the season
An agent answers the phone or WhatsApp, understands Catalan, Spanish or both mixed, and books the slot against real availability. It never invents a free slot.
- Books, changes and cancels slots or appointments against your real calendar.
- If it does not understand or is asked to, it hands over to a person or takes a note and lets you know.
- It announces the recording at the start. Every call is recorded and transcribed for 30 days.
- Before it goes live you listen to three recorded test calls and approve the tone.

The field notebook records the last treatment on 3 October, with Product A, and its data sheet sets a pre-harvest interval of 14 days. So not before 17 October.

I can't find it: the field notebook has no treatment for plot 15. Better ask whoever keeps it.

Images · Laboratorio
Counting and inspecting in images: the idea, and what you can already try
In the Laboratorio there is an object detector that runs in your browser, without sending the images anywhere. It is a general model, trained on COCO: it recognises 80 kinds of object, oranges among them, but knows nothing about varieties, sizes or pests.
A model for your crop would need your own images, labelled. We do not offer it as a service today: if it is what you need, we look into it in the diagnosis.

Does it work in Catalan?
Yes. The agent understands Catalan, Spanish and both mixed, and answers in the language of whoever calls or writes. The document assistant works in both too.
Do I have to change software?
No. The automations connect to your calendar and to what you already use, and a custom system integrates with your current software if it has an API.
What if the agent doesn't understand the caller?
It hands the conversation over to a person, or takes a note and lets you know. Before it goes live you listen to three recorded test calls and approve the tone.
How the agent worksCan you count fruit or detect pests in photos?
We don't offer it as a service today. In the Laboratorio you can try a general detector that runs in the browser; for your crop it would take a model trained on your own images, and that is looked into in the diagnosis.
